REFUND & RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

LAAOS FRAGRANCE we try our best to avail you the best products and services. However, As opened and used products can not be reused or resold, the item can not be returned to the seller once its delivered.

 

Refund policy

 

  • Refund may be obtained for goods purchased by you, subject to certain conditions.
  • LAAOS FRAGRANCE is not responsible for any damaged after the delivery of the product.
  • The amount of refund does not include the delivery charge as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory with the packaging for such claims like missing items, leakage, damage, defected, incorrect product.
  • In case of package being tempered, defected, damaged, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.
  • A claim of refund should be made within 24 hours of order delivery with mentioned details. 
  • In case of refund to be claimed kindly contact our customer care on WhatsApp at +919654080173 with the necessary images and videos related to your claim. 
  • Contact the customer care team on WhatsApp at +919654080173 if the order as shows delivered and its not received by the customer, within 3 days of the product being delivered, no refund shall be made after this period. 
  • If accepted your refund may take up to 15 days to be credited from the day of refund acceptance by LAAOS FRAGRANCE.

 

Return policy

 

In extreme cases of damaged product delivery, leakage, broken, missing items, due to transit, a refund/exchange can be initiated after a through verification of the refund policy. 

 

Cancellation policy

 

  • Order can not be cancelled once shipped from the warehouse.
  • You can not cancel order after 12 hours.
  • Cancellation orders can be processed before their dispatched from the warehouses only. A gateway charged of 2.5% shall be levied against your order for cancellation.
